These were excellent brake pads, at a reasonable price
I bought a Saturn L100 used about a year and a half ago, and I decided to replace the front brakepads at the same time I planned to have new tires put on the front rims. I planned this all out in advance, and ordered the brakepads well in advance or removing the rims, and having new tires mounted, and so once the brakepads arrived I proceeded. I did the whole job yesterday, so I've got new tires and brake pads on the front end; we are supposed to have a mixed rain/snowstorm this Weds./Thurs., so I knew I had to get the whole project done and over with ASAP. I've bought inexpensive brakepads before, and they typically are missing the anti-squeel shims; these brakepads had those shims attached, and that's a big plus. Otherwise you have to try to remove the old ones, from the old pads, without bending them. These pads fit exactly, and stop the car quite well. Brake pads are the sort of item that are hard to get excited about, hard to be effusively enthusiastic about. Simple satisfaction...
